"Nice map, but the personalization was way off"
The map itself looked really nice when it arrived, but the custom details were wrong, which was frustrating. I reached out to support and they took forever to respond, which felt ridiculous considering this was supposed to be a personalized item. Overall, it looked good, but the experience wasn’t great...

"Really nice overall, just one small thing"
I ordered a custom map piece, and I’d say the craftsmanship is really solid. The lines look clean, the wood feels sturdy, and it definitely seems like some care went into making it.
The only reason I’m leaning toward 4 stars instead of 5 is that mine had a tiny rough spot along one edge. It’s not a huge issue at all, though, and I’m still happy with how it turned out.

"Too plain to give as a gift"
I bought this thinking it would work as a gift, but it just felt way too plain when it arrived. It didn’t have that nice “giftable” feel I was hoping for, so I ended up not using it. Customer service gave me one of those canned apologies too, which was more annoying than helpful...

"Felt generic right away"
I’ll be honest, I made a quick judgment as soon as I saw it, it just didn’t feel unique. The design looked like a bunch of stuff I’ve already seen on other sites, so I was expecting a lot more originality. For the price, I really thought it would feel more special. Kind of disappointing.

"Feels a bit pricey for what you get"
It’s a nice idea overall, but for the price, it just doesn’t feel like it quite delivers. I’d say it’s worth maybe a bit less than what they’re charging.

"Engraving turned out surprisingly clear"
I was a little worried I might get fooled by the pictures and the engraving wouldn’t look as good in person, but it came out really clear. Even the small letters are easy to read, and it looks clean and neat on the piece. I’m really happy with how it turned out.

"Really holding up well so far"
I ordered a glass from welltolddesign.com a few months back, and it’s been really solid so far. I’ve run it through the dishwasher plenty of times, and the design still looks good without much fading. It has a nice sturdy feel to it too. The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is because shipping took a little longer than I was hoping...

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service. They did reply quickly and were nice about helping me get it sorted, which I appreciated. I was a bit disappointed that it took an extra email to fully resolve, since I expected it to be simpler, but overall they were responsive and helpful

I had to keep reaching out just to find out what was going on with my order. The replies from support felt kind of copy-pasted too, which made it more frustrating because I still didn’t really get a clear update

"Packaging could’ve been a lot better"
My order showed up in a flimsy box with hardly any padding inside. If it had been something less fragile, I probably wouldn’t have cared as much, but the corners were bent and the whole thing looked like it was packed in a hurry. Definitely not the best experience.

I found the site annoying to use overall. The menus felt a bit clunky to me, and when I got to checkout, I wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do next. Maybe it’s just the way I expected it to work, but the whole process felt more confusing than it needed to be.

"Delivery was a hassle and the updates were useless"
My order ended up being late, and the tracking barely changed the whole time. When I contacted support, they didn’t really explain what was going on either. What made it even more annoying was having to verify my information over and over like they couldn’t keep track of the conversation. Overall, it was just a frustrating delivery experience.

My first reaction was honestly, “great, something’s wrong with my order.” But support got back to me quicker than I expected and fixed the issue without making it a whole thing. So yeah, I judged too fast — it ended up being a good experience...
